Tolfa is preparing to host one of the most long-awaited events of the summer on 30 June and 1 July: ROCCA... IN CANTINA edition 2023. After last year's great success, the Rione Rocca is ready to once again open "Le Fraschette", the ancient district cellars under the walls of Tolfa Castle, to the public.

A simple idea, which gets better and better every year.
The Rione Rocca has revived an old Tolfa tradition of spending time in 'Le Fraschette', as their grandparents and great-grandparents did.

Guests can taste the wines of the Alta Maremma Laziale and traditional dishes.
