Szynaka Groups won the Prize of FAMILY ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROMOTER

It is a special award for Polish family entrepreneurs, awarded not for their development successes, but for proudly representing the environment of family businesses.

This prestigious award is granted to companies which use the attribute of family in their communication with the market, i.e. they inform about the fact that they are family businesses. The fact that the company provides this information to customers and treats it as a distinguishing feature and a reason to be proud is a huge contribution to creating favorable conditions for the development of family entrepreneurship in Poland.

The last two years have brought a number of changes, including economic and social, that have shaken global markets. Entrepreneurs have to deal not only with the pandemic reality, but also with rising energy prices, inflation, tax revolution and the turbulence caused by the war in Ukraine that overshadows various areas of business activity.

In companies run from the beginning by one family, the same values, emotions and canons of behavior are passed on from generation to generation. It shapes multi-generational interpersonal relationships and paves the way for business for future generations.
