Lidzbark hosted workshop for Polish Cittaslow Network

Annual meeting held on February, 25. The main aim was to identify the ability for obtaining external funding to carry out activities for Polish Cittaslow towns. Lecturers presented the wide range of interesting projects. Two pretenders also attended into meeting: Mayor of Jeziorany (Warmia and Mazury) and representatives of Nowy Staw (Pomorskie). There were also some topics connected with the cities revitalization as we started the projects in the frame of Regional Revitalization Program for the Cittaslow network.

Lidzbark prepared a rich program with a short city tour and a unique performance drafted by Community Cultural Center.

Our special guest – Grzech Piotrowski ( musician, composer, publisher) – presented the idea of several concerts in Cittaslow towns as an one big Festival called "Beautiful East".
